SUCCESS AT BOONAH

At the recent 2012 Ritchies Boonah Arts Festival I was successful in that I entered 3 paintings and won the 1st prize in each section.  I do not have a photo of the "Wildlife" painting but it was a Kingfisher sitting on a rock in a creek.  However I have published photos of the other paintings.

I was drawn to a request for artists to exhibit at a gallery in Toowoomba during the Carnival of Flowers and I applied and was accepted and as this exhibition was by invitation, I felt very privileged to be accepted.  I have shown the 3 paintings forwarded to Tosari Galleries, Toowoomba and I feel very excited about being hung in the gallery during the famous Carnival of Flowers in September.
